The thing that really stands out about this location, is the incredible consistency with which they screw up orders. The staff are nice enough, but they just can’t seem to get it right. It’s actually kinda impressive.
We go to this location regularly and have had inconsistent service. Too many wrong orders in the past to get a 5 star, though today they were efficient and correct even during the busy lunch rush. Kids loved the in door play area when they were younger. It is a busy place, always. Be prepared to wait for your food.

The old lady that works window with the glasses is very rude. I go there all the time and the majority of time she seems irritated and very abrupt when she speaks. Please have basic customer service abilities. I will consider DT from now on just to avoid her from serving me.
