McDonald's in Oakville

“I just wanted to come on here and say I had the best experience dealing with a worker named Izzy today. I had an issue with the worker who took my order and when I got to the window she was able to confirm my order and was very professional and helped me without looking bothered when most workers at this location usually are rude. She is the best worker there hands down. She deserves a raise or a shout out.“

“In the past, this location wasn't kept very clean and the staff weren't very welcoming. However, I visited for the first time in a while and it has completely turned around! The staff are so nice now, and the dining area is spotless. I can highly recommend this place now. A couple of things that make it different from other McDonald's: they don't have self-ordering kiosks, and the restrooms are locked for customer use only.“

“This is one of a few McDonald’s that still have playground in the GTA. The kids’ playground area is so big, it would be a great place for kids to come and play. They have dining area too. This place is clean and spacious.

I highly recommended this McDonald location.“

“Came in and ordered lots of food and was served by Lisa who was fantastic! As she’s interacting with kids with there she greets me with a friendly smile and hands my drink cup while my food was getting ready! She always goes above the call of duty and is definitely the reason for the repeated trips back to this location! Amazing job!“

“I went to this Mcdonalds really wanting to try their burger. I have never had a Mcdonalds burger before, and i wanted to try something new. I was really politey greeted by your worker, her name tag said Eldana. I told her about how I never tried a Mcdonalds burger and we had a very wholesome interaction. Usually, from my past experiences, Mcdonalds workers are rude and abrasive, but Eldana was really sweet and welcoming and the burger was pretty good. My child also wanted a happy meal and I can tell shes really good with kids. Overall great interaction.“

“Amazing service. The place may be small, but the quality is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

On my visit, I accidentally left my wallet on the table. The Assistant Manager, Kumad Raman, went out of his way to run after me and return it. My wallet had many important cards, licenses, and even cash since I had just been paid that day.

Thanks to his honesty and quick action, I was saved from a lot of stress and the hassle of replacing everything. Truly appreciate the excellent service“

“Decent place overall, usually the location I go to when I'm in Oakville. Staff is pretty friendly and service is great except sometimes ordering directly from the counter takes a little time as it doesn't seem like there's one person dedicated to take orders at all times but most of the time it's not a long wait.

Usually just order coffee and a muffin from there. Coffee tastes great and muffins are great too although if you get one in the evening, they may be a little stale but you can always heat them up. Rarely use the drive thru there but when I do it's always been pretty quick.“

“My daughter had a birthday celebration at this location today. The kids had a blast, service was great and all of the crew, headed by Charan was amazing. They made this last minute birthday party turned out amazing. All are very helpful and accommodating. Thank you !!!“
