Dirty interior. None of the tables had been cleaned and there was garbage all over the floors. Soda machines have been removed. There is seating inside but the floor plan is really bad, especially with the counter cramped in the corner of the store.
Food was ok.
Food was ok.
It was so busy, no one was taking the orders by the cash register. Finally a customer behind me spoke up. It took 15 minutes for them to come to the register to serve the people waiting. I told the employee I've been waiting for 15 minutes and all she did was make eyes at me. By the time I got out I spent 22 minutes there. It was 3pm not sure why there was such a rush of customers with no on to serve the counter. Maybe lack of staff.

McDonald's offers exceptional food and hospitality, exceeding expectations. The spicy habanero mcchicken and poutine were amazing, better than other locations. The kids had a blast at birthday celebrations, with great service from the crew, headed by Charan. However, service can be slow and inconsistent at times, with some experiences being quick and efficient, while others require multiple requests for proper service, affecting the overall dining experience. The food is consistently fresh and delicious.
