Manager is rude. Bad bad bad.
I visited this McDonald’s location and was extremely disappointed with the experience. We were informed that they do not offer refills on drinks, which is completely unreasonable and inconsistent with what customers expect. To make matters worse, the customer service was very poor and unwelcoming. Overall, a very frustrating visit and very bad service. I hope management addresses both the staff service standards and these restrictive policies.
I have some real concerns for this location's cleanliness. There are SO MANY flies in the restaurant it's insane.

Customers commend Charlette, the manager, for her exceptional service, including a surprise discount for kids, making dining a delightful experience. Her professionalism and care make this McDonald's a place worth revisiting.
