the staff at this location are absolutely incompetent. I'm diabetic and ordered a DIET COKE at the drive-thur. They gave me a regular coke. I know the taste difference very well. I went back and they made it seem like it no big deal.... Luckily I have everything recorded and will be pursing further action.
Poor management
The guy was just sitting there chatting with his people which were not customers and just passing by yet he was not attending customer issues nor addressing the people who had issues with the washroom

Stopped by after work and it was super busy with lots of kids. I don’t come to McDonald’s often, so I wasn’t familiar with the app, but Abigail (team leader) was really helpful and patient. She walked me through everything and even showed me how to use a coupon to save a bit. Small thing, but really appreciated her help, great customer services
