I would like to share a disappointing experience I had at McDonald’s today.
I was on my way home and was feeling unwell, so I stopped at McDonald’s simply to ask for a cup of water. I was not asking for anything else — I just needed some water because I wasn’t feeling well.
The employee told me that she could not give me a cup for water.
Honestly, I was shocked and disappointed. When did things get to the point in Canada where a person...read full review

Not recommended at all.
Every time I come to this McDonald’s, they send me to the reserved parking spot to wait for my drive-thru order. The frustrating part is that it takes forever—even for something as simple as a Happy Meal.
This has happened every single time I’ve visited this location. Waiting that long for a basic order is extremely disappointing and inconvenient.

Ordered Pickup...
One burger was missing from the order.
Not the kind of service I was expecting.
Should receive what we paid for.

McDonald's is a convenient option for a quick bite in the area, known for its cleanliness and drive-through service. Customers often praise the quick service, friendly staff, and hot, fresh food, with orders being consistently accurate. However, when busy, service can become slow, and some drive-through orders may be missing items. The floor was reported wet without a slip and fall sign, and the washroom was in poor condition. Despite these issues, many appreciate the convenience and consistency of this location. It is hoped that the restaurant will address the concerns raised to improve overall customer experience.
