I placed an order at McDonald’s, and my order number was 1084. When my number appeared on the screen, the staff marked the order as “Done” without actually giving me my order. It seems the system shows the order as delivered on time, but I never received it. Please look into this issue and make sure orders are properly handed over to customers before being marked as completed. This was a very disappointing experience.it happens often 99 times out of 100
Employees running around like headless chickens. Even after confirming with them you will find items missing from your order.
Took the order from drive thru. Big line up but still very quick. Food was fresh and hot.

This McDonald’s at Castle Oaks Crossing is absolute perfection, delivering the gold standard of quick service with a genuine smile every single time. The fries are consistently piping hot and salted to perfection. The cleanliness is great and the counter service is always great. The staff are always kind and respectful, staying calm and professional even when treated poorly. The food is hot and delicious, just like how you’d expect McDonald’s to be. Manager Karol was very professional and helpful, able to replace a whole order immediately without any hesitations. The staff handle any mistake with care and don’t hesitate to fix the issue. It is the best spot in Brampton for a reliable and delicious pick-me-up, proving they truly care about giving every customer a five-star experience.
