Slow service when it's not busy and managers ask questions when you request something. I asked for an extra empty cup to split the coffee I had and the manager started to interrogate me as to why I wanted to the extra cup. They make things unnecessarily difficult.
Ordered 3 coffees and 3 hashbrowns just now, we were asked to pull to the side to wait for ONE hashbrown, the 2 hashbrowns were lukewarm at best (not fresh at all), as I was going inside a black rep who had delivered the 2 hashbrowns had the most attitude asking why am I bringing back the hashbrowns, I mentioned they are not fresh and we’d like 3 FRESH hashbrowns - no apology, no acknowledgment I gave her back the 2 hash browns and she looked at me in annoyance and went to the...read full review
