No rush inside the location or in the drive through at 8.50 am, yet very slow service. People were seen frowning at it .Long waits today and often, less understanding of simple orders like coffee with sweeteners.
Coffee was good and also the staff
Great restaurant

Bramalea & Sandalwood offers great service, with friendly staff and quick order taking. The environment is pleasant, and the staff are kind. While the food quality is standard, there have been some mistakes with orders. The washrooms need improvement, and housekeeping could be better. However, the McFlurry is a standout, and the restaurant is suitable for quick meals or go-to meals.
