It is just sad that for some beverage options requesting no ice means a half portion even after paying extra to upsize.
Ordered online. Confirmed order at drive thru with whoever was on line and when I reached window to pick up they don't even know what is the order. And then some other girl came to confirm order again and asked to wait..
Made a mobile order 40 minutes before my arrival and still had to wait over 15 minutes for my food on arrival. When I arrived, the app said my order was ready. At the windows they said they need 3 minutes to drive around. Almost an hour I had to wait for a McDonald's order? Unacceptable

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its efficient service and friendly staff. The drive-thru is particularly fast, and the staff are helpful in handling any issues that may arise. The restaurant has a nice location with ample parking, and the staff are attentive to the needs of both customers and their pets. Customers have praised the cleanliness of the store and the friendly service, with some noting that the staff offer table service and are very polite. The food quality is consistent, and the restaurant is well-managed compared to other locations in Brampton. However, some have experienced order mistakes, such as being charged for a BLT combo but receiving a junior chicken sausage, and issues with incorrect orders being handed out. Overall, many find this McDonald's to be one of the best in the area, with a welcoming atmosphere and good food.
