I am absolutely appalled by the service, disrespect & attitude of the staff at this location. I ordered 4 pizzas online. My husband went to pick up the pizza & had to wait an additional 15 min as they were busy (this was fine and understandable as they were busy). When we looked at this pizza when we got home 3 out of the 4 pizzas were incorrect. The ultimate pepperoni pizza had onions, bacon, ham (it specifically said extra pepperoni only). Papa John's Pizza is a popular spot, loved by many families with kids who unanimously agree on its delicious pizza. The pizza is great, and the dipping sauces are a bonus. However, some issues persist, including a troublesome app and a lack of deals. The food is great, but the pickup process could be improved with a better counter and warming oven for hot pizzas.
