“I ordered a hot coffee. Asked for 3 milk and 3 cream. The coffee wasn't hot. It's cold. When asked, they said - "Because of the milk and cream, it turned out cold". Usually, I expect you guys to heat or steam it so that it'd be hot.Rest everything is ok.“

“typical.mcdonalds..typical.mcdonalds food... but they are open late and let you sit inside... when you are in a position of looking for a meal.late at.night its one of the only options out there.. staff was friendly... service was quick... restaurant was clean... only fault i could find was no ice for soft drinks.. but they were open.. even the service plaza on the highway had nothing open sowas good to find something for food late at night“

“The problem here is the same as in most Kitchener/Waterloo cafes, restaurants, cinemas - it is a poor level of cleanliness. This is related to greasy products and dirty tables and floors, dusty window ceilings. A clean cafe with timely changed oil for frying food creates the atmospear that brings enjoyment and joy. No indulging and savouring, just blunt "quickly eat and leave" attitude.“
