McDonald's in Cambridge

“Best customer service ever!! I really wanted the Naruto uno cards from the happy meal gifts but they didnt have any left. Jordan looked everywhere, he even opened the display case to get it for me!!! Offered everything under the sun to ensure i walked away happy. I couldnt believe the kindness 🥰“

“I came to this establishment with hopes at a mediocre zone. I came in, ordered my meal and at a brisk pace I received it. I filled my cup with delicious orange soda that was perfect temperature. I then reached into the bag and grabbed the french fry. I took a bite one word to describe it sensational. The staff are incredible and amazing and quick and doing a great job. This is the best food I've ever tasted it thank you. I'll remember this.“

“I usually not write for the review but this time I write because I get impressed with the staff speed especially the guy whos taking and giving the orders, i think his name is Hemang I do not know the exact spellings, if I spelled wrong sorry for that. This guy is super, whenever I visit to this McDonald's, I always see smile on his face and always greet. I like this guy. He is the main reason I always come this McDonald's.“

“I went through the drive thru and the service was amazing! The guy through the drive thru was so happy to serve us and just was so genuine and down to earth. He didn’t start by saying do you have code or what’s the code he asked how we are doing and what we would like to have this morning. Once he did get the code for our order my husbands name must of come up on his end and he addressed my husband by his name which just felt so personal and intentional! His name was Devon and I just think he needs a gold star or a raise because I feel like we don’t see this service often anymore!“

“I know people are quick to do review when its a negative one, but this one is positive all around, the food made perfect, the service right from placing my order till i left was phenomenal. I am not sure the guy who took my order or the girl who served me at second window at 2:02 pm today but 100% and 5 stars to both of them! Being a previous manager at a mcdonalds, that right there is employee of the month material! Thank you main street mcdonalds 🌟“
