“Best customer service ever!! I really wanted the Naruto uno cards from the happy meal gifts but they didnt have any left. Jordan looked everywhere, he even opened the display case to get it for me!!! Offered everything under the sun to ensure i walked away happy. I couldnt believe the kindness 🥰“

“Recently visited this location (Hespeler Rd) and the customer service I received from Destiny went above and beyond. From helping me with charging my phone, to bringing the kiddos crayons and coloring pages and then bringing juice and a little stuffy to one of them when they hurt themselves. Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much Destiny.“

“I ordered on drive thru and the young lady that gave me the food with the black and pink braids is so sweet and gorgeous. She has an amazing personality, she was very kind and soft spoken . In the past I’ve had terrible experiences with the workers but slowly this location is thriving and hiring the right people.“

This guy is super, whenever I visit to this McDonald's, I always see smile on his face and always greet. I like this guy. He is the main reason I always come this McDonald's.“

“Stopped by again, this was our second visit. It was pretty good. We had the double cheese burger combo, Shamrock Shake, 20-piece nuggets, and cheeseburgers, and everything came out hot and fresh. Staff were chill, service was quick, and the place was clean. Nothing fancy, just a reliable McDonald’s that consistently gets it right. The men's washroom door is damaged but it still works fine.“
