McDonald's in Kitchener

“Right when I walk in, I could smell the amazing aroma smell of food and it actually attracted me from far away to get McDonald’s because the food was fresh. I got it and literally and I made sure that I saw him cook it so and it fire it took only five minutes and that actually surprised me so I recommend everyone to go to this McDonald’s“

“We got an americano coffee and it was great. I want to specially mention the manager Johnny, my phone was super low battery and he helped me out and lended me his charger as an act of kindness. That’s going beyond what’s required for you to do as a service and he was extremely kind the whole time.

The store was also clean.“

“Tejas gave me a HUGE hand, I made a super stupid mistake as I drop my earphone by accident in the garbage can, and when I almost gave it up he came and help without asking for anything, I said brother I don’t have cash but he told me we do everything for our customers. I respect his professional performance, and by the way they did great also before this happened!!!!!!!!“

“Generally from one McDonald's to the next things are pretty consistent in terms of the food, at least I thought. Ordered a Grilled Chicken sandwich, and it was gross and look like it had been burnt a little. Zero flavour. Everything else tasted okay, fries were hot, and the rest of the food I ordered was decent. But honestly likely won't go back to this particular location, I've seen the quality go down for years and that was kinda it for me.“

“Meal was good. Service staff were friendly and efficient. Prices were within fair market value. Used drive-through to order and ate meal in the parking lot. Garbage cans available on parking lot edges for easy disposal of meal wrappers and bags“

“Lately I've been having a much better experience purchasing at this Walmart location over other franchise locations, and tonight was a great example of that. Connie (I believe her name was) and Willie were very kind, welcoming and prompt with service. I'll definitely come back because of service like that. Keep it up!“

“Friendly, efficient staff. Just 2 coffees in the drive through but the young lady at the cash window and the young man at the service window were so kind and fun that we drove away smiling and saying we will go out of our way to visit this location again.“

“When I went the bathroom was trashed by what I only assume we're teens being teens. I notified the crew and they were super thankful as they were all female and don't use the mens bathroom unless they are cleaning. They promptly got to sorting the bathroom out and corrected everything. The food was good and very fast service (late night so not like they were super busy. But still it was VERY fast even for that. ) staff are friendly and super welcoming into the building. They had the top floor closed off when I was in there so I can't say anything about the second floor. I would assume it's all seating and tables. I thought it was cool as I never seen more than ground floor in a McDonald's. Would have loved to sit up there and enjoyed the view of the night sky but it was closed.“
