“Wanted to leave the review here because the staff members were so nice!! Particularly the team worked on Thursday Sep 24 around lunch time, I really appreciate how they were so helpful to accommodate customers and went above and beyond for customers. The service had made my day and I truly appreciate the staff members there!

Two team members really stood out today. A kind East Indian woman was warm and welcoming, but one individual in particular deserves special recognition.
He communicates through sign language and a phone app rather than speech – and watching him work was genuinely impressive. Fast, attentive, anticipating everything that needed doing, and connecting with every patron through gestures and a great smile. No barriers whatsoever. Just pure competence and warmth.
This guy should be running that location. Hats off.“
“Stopped in for a quick takeout run. The facility was modern and clean when I visited. Gave food 4 stars—I really enjoyed the coffee ☕ and muffins, and the $1.00 coffee is a fantastic value! Service was good, but keep in mind the drive-thru line can back up during busy hours.“
“We took our minor ball team (u8) here for our year end party. The managers Jordon, Krut, Khushboo and their teams went above and beyond to serve our team. They prepared all their meals into individual bags with their names and had it ready when we arrived. They were very friendly and helpful. We will 💯 be going back next year for year end party!!

“Nice McDy branch located at Woodlawn Road Guelph. This branch is available in the same plaza as DriveTest. Kiosks are available for self-orders. Paper print wasn’t working when we used it and notified staff and they helped to update the order id and we tracked it on the screens. Quick delivery. Staff are good and cooperative. Nice restrooms. Nice car parking lots. Cleaner branch and nice ambiance.“
