“I had a fantastic customer service experience here! I ordered online, and when I went to pick it up, there was a mix-up where they accidentally gave me a chicken burger instead of my veggie burger. When I pointed it out, the manager was incredibly friendly and deeply apologetic. They not only remade my entire order for free but also threw in some extra drinks. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was amazing!“

“there's been once or twice that ive been there that its been somewhat slow but I dont think its their fault, they were just busy. But when I went today it was pretty quick and the gentlemen at either window were both nice, and they originally made my drink wrong but quickly remade it and even let me take the mistaken one.“

“I purchased 3 iced coffee. I wanted light ice, The team was so friendly and offered to make it without ice and give me ice on the side to put as much as I want. The surprise is that the coffee cups were full to the top, without me asking anything. That is customer service and caring about customers and product quality. Thank you“

Two team members really stood out today. A kind East Indian woman was warm and welcoming, but one individual in particular deserves special recognition.
He communicates through sign language and a phone app rather than speech – and watching him work was genuinely impressive. Fast, attentive, anticipating everything that needed doing, and connecting with every patron through gestures and a great smile. No barriers whatsoever. Just pure competence and warmth.

“We took our minor ball team (u8) here for our year end party. The managers Jordon, Krut, Khushboo and their teams went above and beyond to serve our team. They prepared all their meals into individual bags with their names and had it ready when we arrived. They were very friendly and helpful. We will 💯 be going back next year for year end party!!
