Mary helped me today, and she is so friendly, polite and patient. Mary answered all of my questions, then she buzzed around swept the floors, then she popped back behind the cash and all with a smile on her face! What a delightful experience. Thank you, Mary!
Popped in to get a quick snack prior to a Ticats game & was pleasantly surprised at how quick the orders came out even though it was steady busy. Staff are attentive & the manager (Ryan), very pleasant & helpful in ensuring everyone's dining experience is spectacular.
Didn't get to personally tell the manager what a wonderful pre-game experience I encountered & happen to mentioned to a few staff & they both echoed what a great manager & team leader Ryan is. Will be back next...read full review
Nice quiet location with friendly staff.
Came inside and ordered 3 soft serve ice creams at 11:02 am. The place was not busy.
Didn't get my ice cream until 11:09 after the manager asked to look at my receipt. He apologized for making me wait and asked the girls the status of my ice cream.
I received them right after he inquired.
Not the best service but I have had worse elsewhere.
