McDonald's in Lockport

“The evening crew is great they're my favorite, in the morning/afternoon there's an older lady working there she's not very nice. Yelled at me for having 3 order in one car when I was already at the pickup window I didn't know I could only have 2, I feel like it should have been said at the speaker when I mentioned having 2 order to pick up after I placed my order, they even handed me 3 receipts at the first window without an issue it wasn't until the last one she snapped at me I feel like it's something you should talk to your employees about allowing not a customer who didnt know.

Other than that evening crew is AMAZING super nice do the best they can i rarely get an incorrect order.“

“I know this may be out of the norm but when I drive my mom to Lockport I stop by here for breakfast or lunch depending on the time. I usually utilize the app deals and service is usually quick compared to other locations. I am content with the location and interior is pretty roomy, we need to realize that the employees have struggles and lives that is why I am giving this positive review throughout the past few weeks I have come here I have not seen anything out of the ordinary and enjoy the atmosphere. If there is a hiccup in service then it is corrected. I hope this review improves the overall rating and helps assist people on their search.“
