McDonald's in Hamburg

“A quick stop for a snack. They had a few local drinks we normally do not get here in Upstate NY. The store itself was very clean and we didnt have a very long wait. We waited maybe 4 minutes for our order which is very fast considering in our local areas it is normally 10 minutes. The store was very clean and the workers extremely polite. None ofnthe workers were miserable like in our area“

“11/14/25 did a mobile order and showed up to the restaurant at about 11 pm. There was definitely a little wait for the drive thru however once we got to the speaker the employee was so fast and efficient! Told us to pull up right away and when we got to the window he had our food right away. The employee was a young man and was very kind and personable. It seemed like he was the only one working!!! There was a big line for the drive thru and there were 20+ people inside eating/ordering, so no wonder there was a bit of a wait. He was a champ for dealing with all of that on his own. Give him a raise!“
