“Three kids, nieces, nephews and now a grandparent... I've never felt the need to rate a fast food chain... food good, restaurant clean,... the customer service was amazing. Everyone was extremely courteous and polite... and i don't think they were faking it!“
“I stopped this morning drive thru 6:38 waited and waited got tired of waiting went to burger King. Food prices up,portions 30% smaller actually fish sandwiches and hamburgers look more like sliders. I don't know if employees or management but something got to change or McDonald's will be another failed business. I garrentee I'll get no response or resolution to this“
“My mom and I stopped on the way back from Erie (we live in Catt. County.) We got a couple of drinks at Crosbys. We decided that we both needed something to eat. My mom got 2 fish sandwiches and I got a triple cheeseburger and double quarter pounder meal(we hadn't eaten all day😂🤷♀). While my fries weren't that fresh because they were the last of the previous batch, the sandwiches were incredible. McDonald's near us is something you dont even stop at because of food, cleanliness, getting raw/wrong food, not getting food, cold food, etc.
I have to say this was the best McDonald's we have had in years. I will definitely stop back between Erie and home. The service was great, the manager was very involved and polite, and overall this was a really great experience!“
