“We submitted an online order at 9:35 at 9:45 that said it was ready. At 10:05. I could see it behind the counter and we still had not received it. I asked can I hear about it and he got short with me. I said I do not want cold food. Can we please just cancel the order? He said that it is impossible from his end that it needed to be done through the app. So they finally rise to get our food which was cold and disgusting by then. And then I attempted to get a partial refund through the app. And the app said that you can only do it through the store. I do not think I will be going back to this McDonald's ever again.“
“I came here for the minecraft movie adult meal toys and was sadly told that there wasn't any anymore. However, 2 employees offered to check the back for the specific ones I was looking for. They didn't find any, but a really appreciated this top tier customer service because they genuinely cared about my experience. 5 stars on food, service, and atmosphere!“

“Just want to give some positive recognition to Jeremy. I think he was the manager not 100% sure. It was 915 on Saturday night, we went through drive through seemed like any other visit but our fries were cold so i went inside to request hot fries. Politely, a man on a mission, clearly overwhelmed with orders and under staffed (other customer stated 3 call off) came to the counter from manning multiple stations in back. It was obvious he was running the whole operation while a hand full of employees bickered amongst each other. He was putting out proverbial fires amongst his team, teaching them and running the show. And there were many people inside the lobby as well. Nobody was complaining or upset, waiting for their food and when I asked for his name because I wanna leave a positive review. He said Jeremy and shook my hand. Everyone in the lobby or area at least 10 + people thanked him for his hard work and told him he was doing a great job. Well done Jeremy hard workers are hard to come by these days and i hope you are recognized and appreciated for your hard work! I’d give this guy a job in a heart beat and hope he getting compensated for his hustle because it’s rare.“

“Saw other customers being so rude to the obviously understaffed shift. Most of the staff are younger/ some clear new hires. So sad to see them get yelled at knowing they are probably under a lot of stress trying to accommodate to people who orders god knows how many sandwiches and complain that they have to wait. Even so, they were so nice and polite to me and others that were waiting, apologized profusely for the wait. 10/10 customer service“
“Everything was exactly how I ordered it. I got a bacon bagel meal with a cup of breakfast sauce on the side. I always order a cup on the side because they never put enough, even when you ask for extra and I love that stuff. I even dip my hashbrown in it.“
“A lot of times, the McDonald's restaurants around here have issues with getting orders done without at least one error. During a busy Saturday afternoon, this one got everything correct without us having to circle back around for them to finish the order. Extra kudos to the drive thru crew, our order was large and frustrating, but y'all nailed it. Keep it up!“
“We go there because it's one of the last McDonald's to have a play place. The staff is normally friendly but I can tell they get overwhelmed because they are short staffed and they're mostly kids. The tables in the play place do need some attention but, like I said before, I understand that they are short-staffed.“
