I placed an online pick up order gave them my code and drive thru told me to pull around so I did and waited 15 minutes so I finally went inside and no one knew where my order was! One very nice girl with long braids got my order and gave me extra hash browns for the wait without her I'd probably never get my order! They also never give you straws! So annoying!
I was having issues with the kiosk so I had to order at the register. No one was taking care of me and you could clearly see the team was stressed out. Finally a manager, still pulling her work shirt on, takes my oder.
Very rude, gives my total and walks away, literally out the door, on her cell phone. I felt terrible for the crew because obviously she wasn't going to help them out. I wanted to get a broom and help them clean the store.

Genuinely one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a mcdonald’s. Every employee was on task and got everything i needed out as fast as possible. Sayal, Dillon, and Cane stuck out as an unforgettable group. If those guys ever get to see this review.. please know how dear you are to my heart and how much of an impact you’ve made to me and this franchise.
