The next day I was going on vacation out of town. She was a life savor. I also want to recognize the chain as a whole. I have celiec disease. “I recently had placed an order through the Sonic App. for delivery. Sadly it was missing over half of the order. The manager on duty was not able to rectify to situation. Today, I got a call from a new manager Will, he was great! Very sincere in his apology of what happened. Due to technical issues he was not able to refund my credit card and because I was unable to get to the restaurant myself, he actually drove 20 minutes to personally give me my full refund. He went way above and beyond to make things better and to repair opinion I had. We don’t get to that side of Erie often, but I am looking forward to stopping at Sonic the next we are near there. “Every time I have been here was for dine in counter service. The food is always fast, fresh hot! The staff is literally always happy and helpful. The mobile app and coupons make this food as cheap as McDonald's, but so much better! Good job Arby's, I'm lucky I have such a great location not far from home.“

“I was worried using Door Dash to deliver my two subs: one a hot cheesesteak and the other a cold #13, Mike's Way minus tomato and onion. From the time it left the store, only 7 minutes elapsed before the beautifully packaged subs were in my hands! Fantastic experience using two great organizations: Jersey Mike's and Door Dash, and the experience was flawless.“

“The wait for a seat was long. They already gave our food and it was getting cold. When you have little ones that are hungry, knowing you're holding their food is a challenge. The indoor playground was nice because it distracted them while we waited for a seat to open. Other than that. It was unbelievable clean for as busy as they were.“

“We went to Arby's. Ordered three Classic Roast Beef sandwiches. Took home the extra one. Our dog, Annie, decided she wanted her roast beef too! Our 8 year old mini red dapple doxie (((helped herself))) to the sandwich. Ate the whole thing. :) She enjoyed every bite and so did we. The best part of this is that Annie has a lot of food allergies. She only eats sweet potatoes, prescription dog food, oatmeal and venison. In order to eat the prescription dog food she needs an antihistamine. When she ate the Classic Roast Beef, she was able to eat it without being medicated! So this story has an amazing ending. Annie found herself some quality meat. A great source of protein. Thanks Arby's for making quality roast beef. Annie will surely be back! :) She's a happy Diva dog tonight! :)“

“When I unwrapped the Italian sub I ordered I thought it was just bread. Could hardly see any of the meat lettuce or tomatoes on it. May have been a one time mistake, but I’ll not pay the price again to find out.

“I didn't catch her name but she had long, beautiful braided hair and did an amazing job. She was clearly trained well and I appreciate her dedication to sanitary standards. Everything was executed perfectly from her greating when we enter, to the preparation of the sandwich and again excellent service at check out.“

“After reading some of the reviews my husband and I were kind of reluctant to go there for dinner but we had 2 hungry little ones with us so we figured we would try it out. From the minute we walked and told us in to the minute we left, everything was amazing! Our server greeted us instantly and told us to sit wherever we wanted. We gave her our order, which was a lot, and she didn't even write it down and got everything right.. The food was so good, everything was cooked perfectly.. It looked like the server was the only person working but she was still very attentive to not only my family, also the other custIomers and families. I believe her name was Charise. Pricing was great, doing the sub of the sub of the day meal deal (with drink and chips) was cheaper than getting an individual sub. Todd offered to wrap a foot long in two wrappers since he new it was to be shared. Todd should get a raise.“
