The Apple Turnovers used to be warm, I guess you have to ask them to warm them, why have them under heat lights if they don't get them warm!

Arby's drive-thru service can be slow, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The roast beef sandwich and curly fries are a favorite, along with the real chicken tenders. The speaker system could use an upgrade, as it led to miscommunications during ordering. Despite this, the employees are attentive and accommodating, making sure customers leave satisfied.
