“Went through the drive through. It was open even though others closed for bad weather, thus good help, reliable staff. My sandwich seemingly had more beef than others I've been at... it may not be protocol to give extra, or scale broken, but for what it likely cost in product, they'll more than likely recoup it plus for those of us that will be stopping and patronizing this establishment again“

Arrived at a busy time of the evening and was told we were the 3rd sports team back to back to back and the restaurant was operating near capacity. The staff was very friendly and efficient serving my baseball team and a few families that came with us amongst other customers. Thank you to the staff and the gentleman who was managing the restaurant. Our time of visit was 5/27/25 between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m.“

“I am providing a three-star rating for Atmosphere due to the presence of fruit flies in the food preparation area. While the staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous, it is imperative for the owner to address the issue of the fruit flies.“

“Love this place when I’ve been drinking, one night I flipped a car and broke a telephone pole and ran from the cops for 3 hours and got severe frostbite just to get a Macalo calzone from DP dough and they were closed due to the weather and extreme temperature.“

“I swear to god this McDonald’s in Fredonia is run by a bunch of distracted NPCs. I go in there like a normal person, right? Just trying to get my food, and first thing I hear is “uhhh we can’t print receipts.” What do you MEAN you can’t print receipts?? It’s literally a button. A BUTTON. Push it. Boom. Receipt. This isn’t advanced physics, Kyle.

Then I look behind the counter and everyone’s just on their phones like it’s social hour. Nobody’s paying attention. I’m standing there like “hello?? food?? service?? civilization??” and they’re just yapping and scrolling like they’re at a sleepover.

And THEN—AND THEN—they forget my chicken tenders. The ONE thing I actually wanted. So now I gotta go back up and explain basic reality again like I’m teaching toddlers how food orders work.

I ask for ketchup. They look confused. I ask for salt. Same thing. Bro. It’s McDonald’s. Ketchup and salt are like the entire personality of the place.

Honestly it felt like nobody there actually knows how to work because they’re too busy talking to each other. It’s like I walked into a group chat instead of a restaurant.

0/10 experience. I’m not mad… I’m just extremely disappointed. And also mad.“

“I DoorDashed from here today and my order was made wrong. I called to explain the situation and tell them I was going to order again, and asked if they would be careful not to put any meat or dairy in it since I am vegan. I originally ordered one black bean Crunchwrap (with some changes made) and 15 sauce packets. When my order came again I was given TWO crunchwraps, both made exactly how I ordered, and way more than 15 sauce packets!! The service here was amazing! 🥰“

“I’m very upset by the new so called wrap. They did away with the regular wrap and now are using a weird type of flat bread. First off it cost the same with much less filling inside. Second ghe contents falls out if you’re lucky that the flatbread doesn’t break first..Plus it’s only been out 2 weeks and if you’re not someone who goes frequently you are shocked when after ordering at drive through you find this new but not improved version of the Buffalo chicken wrap“

“Kind of on the slow side for service but was busy drive thru. Did not like where the entrance was almost missed it not marked very well. Stickers were all over the poles, back of stop sign, and electric box leading up to the pay/pickup window not very attractive.“
