“Without question, this team who served us June 11th, 2025 in the afternoon was quite a pleasant surprise! The Shift Manager on duty took our orders promptly, excellent hospitality at drive-thru! “I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s (Springville) for breakfast for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my go‑tos. The owners—who also run the Arcade, NY location—have clearly put effort into making this a consistently good place.

What I like:

Breakfast is solid. Everything from the Egg McMuffin to the hash browns comes out hot.

Consistency. Whether I stop in early or a little later, the food quality seems stable—in short, what you expect you get, which isn’t always true at all McDonald's locations.“

I was the truck driver that delivered all of the Equipment needed for to make Subway happen here... I just had a memory pop up on Facebook & automatically remembered where this was in Springville, NY. I've been through the area many times. “Drive-thru trip. Staff took my order and repeated back to me. Very politely and friendly. Food was fresh and yummy! (I had the chicken power bowl and my daughter had a crunch wrap supreme.)Only thing I wish was different was I wish they'd have put my receipt in my bag. I did ask about it at the window but the staff didn't hear me properly and thought I asked about forks. Wasn't worth holding the line up for, so I just said ok.“

“Not a bad KFC but the thermostat must have been broken because it was cold in there. Not cool, cold. The food was good for the most part besides a slightly under-cooked biscuit; that and my wife got a chicken and mac and cheese bowl, but the first piece of chicken she bit into was very fatty so it didn't sit well with her. If they fix the temperature problem it would be a great place for a bite to eat.“
