The service at this McDonalds location was excellent. The system used to personally deliver your order to the table, was an unexpected pleasant surprise. That, and the interior design, created an atmosphere previously unseen by me at any McDonalds. The food albeit “fast food,” was prepared perfectly.
I gave 1 star for atmosphere. the new look and style of many McDonald's just downright sucks. I'm a 50 year old man who used to drool at the chance to go to a McDonald's when I was a kid ... now, the places look so sterile and have sucked any remaining attraction away from what McDonald's had grown to become over the past 60+ years. I stopped by the Springville location for the first time, the first impression was very clean and updated, the decor was great, very well maintained. The staff was friendly and the food was just as ordered and fresh. The best mcdonalds I have ever been in.
