“I'm a chauffeur that has 22 people & myself to stop for lunch & make a 3:45pm appt. The staff were amazing at getting everyone's orders & getting the orders made & handed out within 15 minutes tops. They also went above & beyond by giving us a trash bag for our garbage because we had forgotten ours! Kudos to this chick-fil-A for outstanding customer service!!“

“The wait for a seat was long. They already gave our food and it was getting cold. When you have little ones that are hungry, knowing you're holding their food is a challenge. The indoor playground was nice because it distracted them while we waited for a seat to open. Other than that. It was unbelievable clean for as busy as they were.“

“I work outdoor services so I’ve eaten @ (all) of the Erie KFC locations over the last 6 months ..
Parade st @ 6:30pm 4/15/25 was totally great service!
Tenders, biscuits , butter w/out having to ask.. all hot & fresh, in 5min flat .
& chicken prepared right , it mattters 🤌🏼

..Girl working register upfront was very friendly , & you could tell she’s naturally good w/ people. Mgnt material , —or maybe she was?
Staff working the food were all on board with eachother, —which alwys makes everything roll better!

Given all factors, Parade scores best .

Only gave 4 ⭐️ ‘s because the windows could be touched up so it’s more of a , clear view 😉“

“Nice friendly people. Food was done correct. Boy of boy don't let their landscaping turn you away, they are open, even thought it looks like an abandoned location. Guess they had to get ride of their previous person and new one hasn't started.“

“I had a very good experience at this Kentucky Fried Chicken. The food was fresh, hot, and really good, and the service was exceptional. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean. It may look a little rough around the edges, but don’t let that fool you—the food and service were excellent. I would definitely go back again!“

“I ordered my food. my food came out right just didn't taste very good. one chicken breast had a funky color to it and real bad taste. don't recommend this one to go to try the other one over on Buffalo road“
