“Kristie in Catering is a wonderful asset to your franchise. In placing my order for a Tray of nuggets, I mentioned both a trip to Erie for a wake as well as my grand daughters 5th birthday. Her kindness both on the telephone and upon pickup was above and beyond ! My grand daughter was thrilled with a cow complete with a pink hat, sticker and card signed by staff. “Rustic atmosphere. It can be pretty loud when it's busy. I love the steak salad, and the corn on the cob,smothered chicken and sirloin steak My daughter loves their brussel sprouts and all the entrees j mentioned too. We went for father's day it was a busy day . Our server was polite and professional. My husband enjoyed his steak. My daughters steak was a little overcooked but they quickly made another with an additional order of the brussel sprouts she loves.“

“I really enjoyed my visit to this spot. It has such a unique atmosphere inside the historic station, and the beer selection is fantastic. The food was also quite good and paired well with the drinks. It can get pretty busy, especially on weekends, but the staff does a good job of keeping things moving. “I absolutely love coming here. They havw tons of flavours of italian ice. The vanilla custard and mango italian ice is my favourite. We often get tubs of flavored Italian ice and custard to go.

“So I am posting this from the 4th of the july weekend, specifically last Sunday, when I was in Pittsburgh visiting my best friend and her family! We went for lunch, and I got the blackened chicken sandwich and fruit. Everything was delicious! The fruit cup was fresh, including the melon (which I am not typically a fan of). I guess my only little complaint would be the portion size for the fruit could have been a little bigger than what you would get with fries, I feel like but it wasn't enough to make me knock the review down.

Our waiter (younger gentleman) was super attentive, gave us suggestions, and constantly refilled our drinks, and overall had a great experience. I kept telling my bestie we needed to go again the next time I'm up for happy hour because it felt like such a good spot for that, with the rooftop outside dining area.“

I got the Cubano sandwich inspired pizza and a pepperoni for a back up.
With arrived at a good time and was fresh from the oven. The flavor was so good and the Cubano was a hit!

Even my 2 toddlers ate their pizza instead of playing with it.

“First off this place is neat. Being run inside an old train station is just something you don’t see and makes it so much “warmer” inside. We had some of the craft sodas which were good, and for food we had the fried pierogis, The Pittsburger and The Train Wreck. The pierogis were good, the burger was really good, but the Train Wreck was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’d drive 500 miles to eat this sandwich again. The fries were really good and all off us were stuffed. If I ever come through Erie again this is the first place I’m stopping.“

I loved this place. the oversimplified menu and change in ingredients leaves little to be desired. my visit today left me with an incorrect order. and even though it was their mistake, I had to go back to the register outside to reorder and pay again. all while holding my other order and 2 little kids. after I told the worker that this was a horrible way to treat a customer, she smirked and told me very sarcastically to have a good day. my gift card couldn't be honored because they don't have the scanners anymore, and my food had everything that I didnt want on it. do better.“

“Was passing thru town someone at gas station recommend Amigos or El Canelo stopped at canelos to try it T Bone steak was good just salty for my taste still okay it comes with rice and beans no lettuce tomato avocado very simple plate most other places that I have been before got me use to all of this on my plate but I totally forgot when I asked for there hot sauce of the house and tasted it. “Hannah, I enjoyed watching you craft my subs. I was able to pick up on a few things by watching you, as a previous GM/ RGM of a few establishments. First of all you ARE management. I knew before I asked you. The young man you were working with, (11/3 around 11am)although his shirt matched yours, he was unremarkable. He seemed to struggle with being motivated. He allowed food to cook on the grill and then went to the restroom. I hope he was okay. I know it can be difficult to work when one isn’t okay.
You, made many orders, simultaneously. You moved efficiently and with precision. I can tell you were waiting for the proper time to offer coaching, as You remained focused on the customer. You disengaged with the lackadaisical worker as silence is deadly. I have been in your position. Honestly, I wanted to go back, wash up, and clock in to help you, as I was watching the situation unfold! You were killing it all by yourself!
If I could offer feedback…. Smile and welcome each customer as they arrive, even if you are busy. Let the customer know you’re finishing up with another order. I knew what was going on by the “slip” laying on the counter what you were doing. I was not offended. Another customer, on the other hand, may feel ignored. Other than that, the restaurant was clean, the music was perfect, and I was so thankful for the Celsius!!!“

“Every time I have been here was for dine in counter service. The food is always fast, fresh hot! The staff is literally always happy and helpful. The mobile app and coupons make this food as cheap as McDonald's, but so much better! Good job Arby's, I'm lucky I have such a great location not far from home.“

“After reading some of the reviews my husband and I were kind of reluctant to go there for dinner but we had 2 hungry little ones with us so we figured we would try it out. From the minute we walked and told us in to the minute we left, everything was amazing! Our server greeted us instantly and told us to sit wherever we wanted. We gave her our order, which was a lot, and she didn't even write it down and got everything right.. The food was so good, everything was cooked perfectly.. It looked like the server was the only person working but she was still very attentive to not only my family, also the other custIomers and families. I believe her name was Charise. That's what it said on our bill. Regardless, that woman deserves recognition for all the hard work I witnessed her doing.“
