The baristas are always kind and fast, but the managers are always sitting in the lobby, even when it seems clear that the baristas need help. It’s really disappointing to see the “leaders” of the team be the ones to make it function less than it should.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Starbucks. Told me it would be a 25-minute wait for an espresso drink. Had drinks backed up on the counter no one was around and one of the employees got downright rude with someone who was waiting for an order. Will not go here again.
