“So we had a 8:30 reservation and they were semi busy but only had a 5 minute wait , that was great.First the positives … the food was great , all of it . The seafood medley I highly recommend.The sunset made for an awesome show and lasting atmosphere. The table we were sat in although a great view was by the sever station and repeatedly my chair was kicked or bumped by passing servers, and not one excuse me or apology. Upon Delivering our order one of the lobster tails fell off the plate to the floor while the server was attempting to place the plate. We had to wait an additional 8 minutes for another. This wasn’t a huge deal but it disrupted a very expensive meal and I expect better . I also will point out during the 1.5 hour stay our water was never once filled nor were we asked . Again I expect better from a $240 experience!!! The waiter also brought the bday candle then stated he was staying to make sure no one was burned , we witnessed this from no one else . Weird !!! We were given 2 deserts for the lobster issue and that was good business , so overall a decent experience the food and atmosphere made up for the sub par service !“

“Wonderful experience! Our server, Chloe was warm and attentive. We shared the burrata and calamari appetizers and a wedge salad. The portions were more than generous and everything was delicious. The view on the patio was amazing, highly recommend!!“

“I want to give a huge shout out to the workers at Panos on Sunday morning. We had more people then anticipated for breakfast and they accommodated us with ease and professionalism. It turned from 15 to 29 people! Waitresses kept calm, everything ran smoothly and was a pleasure to be served with such grace. Thank you!! 😁“

“We had a large group of 9 people and everyone enjoyed their meals and beers. The service was excellent. All of the food came out together and it was hot and tasty. We liked that you could order 5oz pours of beer and also that the bar offered more than just beer.“

“I eat lunch here multiple times a week and it never gets old. I’m a full-on chicken wing addict, and these are hands down some of the best wings I’ve had anywhere.

Beyond the food, the staff is what really makes HH a special place. They’ve truly become friends over time, and it’s one of those places where you always feel genuinely welcomed.

“First off this place is neat. Being run inside an old train station is just something you don’t see and makes it so much “warmer” inside. We had some of the craft sodas which were good, and for food we had the fried pierogis, The Pittsburger and The Train Wreck. The pierogis were good, the burger was really good, but the Train Wreck was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’d drive 500 miles to eat this sandwich again. The fries were really good and all off us were stuffed. If I ever come through Erie again this is the first place I’m stopping.“
