I was at Hamot with my mother in the ER step out to my vehicle and my daughter saw a food truck and said come on mom can we check it out? I walk over with her and they were absolutely amazing woman with a great sense of humor and without a doubt made the BEST waffles that my daughter and I have EVER had seriously she got the Ultimate chocolate Waffle and it was very reasonable price honestly I would pay more for there food

HOWEVER—
If you’re local to Erie County and haven’t tried A Waffle Miracle then you’re seriously missing out!

As someone with celiac, I rarely get to enjoy the food at events, but that wasn’t the case today! A Waffle Miracle has gf options, and they were so knowledgeable about celiac and allergen safety. I felt comfortable eating their food, and it was DELICIOUS! They’re friendly and lovely people who really do make miracles happen!

The pepperoni balls are super delicious, and they always accommodate or make substitutions if need be.
