I can’t remember the young lady that checked me in perhaps Lauren or Laurel. Either way she was one of the kindest, most pleasant people I’ve ever met at a hotel front desk. Excellent job kudos to her for an incredible disposition.

The Bistro is a beautiful hotel with a stunning view, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of meals, including the blackened walleye sandwich at the bar, which is a top-notch choice. The clam chowder starter and salmon entree have also received praise for being great and well-priced. Visitors can enjoy a discount at the Shoreline Grille and a delicious complimentary breakfast. Guests have highlighted the excellent service from staff members, including a very good server who efficiently managed requests and an awesome server who made their dining experience memorable. The food has received high marks, with favorites like fish tacos with spicy sauce, chicken enchiladas, and the Erie smash burger, all served with a beautiful water view and often seen with Canada geese nearby. Desserts like the warm and crunchy brownie are popular, and guests appreciate the overall experience, even during busy times when service may be slow.
