Just hope you never have an issue here because the management team are spinless cowards that hide behind the staff. They canceled my reservation and booked me elsewhere without my consent. When I tried to get the gm info I was told they were out of his business cards so they didn't know his information. I can’t remember the young lady that checked me in perhaps Lauren or Laurel. Either way she was one of the kindest, most pleasant people I’ve ever met at a hotel front desk. Excellent job kudos to her for an incredible disposition.
I do not recommend this hotel. We booked a room block through them. Arrived late the night before our wedding, around 11pm. I had checked in online earlier in the day and never received a room number. After standing at the front desk with my bridal party for an hour and being ignored by your one employee working the desk, as well as several others we stopped as they walked by, the young gentleman finally came to check it.
