THEY NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT...EVERY time I go through drive-thru, especially the last 5 times IN A ROW.
First time I ordered a Big Mac meal, a double cheeseburger, and a small fry. I got three double cheeseburgers...
Second time was a $5 meal deal.. no sauces. And I had to knock on the window for my drink.
Third time was two big Mac meals. We got two Big Macs that had rock hard bottom buns. No special sauce.

Everytime I go here the food is wrong why when do I go back because it's closest to home
The only worker that actually knows what they're doing is kj. He deserves a raise or promotion. The rest of them are useless.

McDonald's is a busy restaurant with courteous staff who are understanding and helpful. During lunch and early afternoon hours, the service is great, and the food is hot. The night crew is especially friendly and attentive, making sure orders are correct and providing good service. On a busy Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was able to get all orders right without any mistakes, even with a large and frustrating order. The location is convenient and offers reasonable hours, making it a popular spot for a quick bite, such as a morning McSandwich and a cup of hot joe. Despite some issues with missing items and slow drive-thru service at times, the staff is willing to help and resolve problems, ensuring a mostly positive experience.
