I'm being generous with a 3 star review. Service absolutely depends on the time of day, with mornings from about 7-11 being the best. Wait times are always terrible. Be aware of your surroundings when in the drive through, as homeless people have approaches me while in the drive through. I'm not hating on anyone, and I helped a lot of the people that surround this place, but if that's an issue for you personally, be aware.
I pulled into the drive-thru early in the morning during a long road trip to grab some breakfast, and the service was incredibly fast. I ordered a hot sausage McMuffin with egg and a large iced coffee, and everything was handed to me through the window in less than two minutes. The hashbrown was perfectly crispy and golden brown, not oily at all like at some other places. McDonald's is a busy restaurant with courteous staff who are understanding and helpful. During lunch and early afternoon hours, the service is great, and the food is hot. The night crew is especially friendly and attentive, making sure orders are correct and providing good service. On a busy Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was able to get all orders right without any mistakes, even with a large and frustrating order. The chicken tenders are seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the fries are always fresh. The drive-thru staff are hardworking and manage large orders well, despite occasional delays. The location is convenient and offers reasonable hours, making it a popular spot for a quick bite, such as a morning McSandwich and a cup of hot joe. Despite some issues with missing items and slow drive-thru service at times, the staff is willing to help and resolve problems, ensuring a mostly positive experience.
