Lunch and early afternoon hours are very good ! Great service and hot foods!! Saturday evenings are just consistently terrible!! Lukewarm foods to missing items!! Will not go back again!!

People of non color aren't treated as well as people of any color are. Very poor service with a bad attitude. I through my food away because I couldn't be sure it didn't have extra ingredients. I'll never be back

Confirmed my order, took my money then waited till my driver got to the store, told him they never got my order yet I got a confirmation email from them and that they weren't gonna make me my food, and because my driver was " still on its way to us" my 50 dollar order refund turned into a 0 dollar refund, this place is horrible gets orders wrong, makes you wait 25 minutes in the drive thru while they goof off inside, I'd rather recommend the burger King across the street, fast service, great customer service and they don't blatenly steal your money.

I ordered through the app in the morning before work, thinking it would be a fast process, I ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit with a hash brown. Got there and waited about 2 minutes at the drive thru menu board before someone realized I was there. Then when I told them I had an online order, it literally took another 10 minutes because they had to cook the hash brown. As I was at the window, I noticed one worker making himself a coffee while another worker was on his cell phone. One of the workers apologized for the long wait and I accepted the apology and hurried on to work as now I was running behind. I wasn't gonna leave a bad review until I went to eat my sandwich and it was a sausage cheese McMuffin with no egg! I hate muffins and didn't even get what I paid for. I didn't experience any rudeness but seems the workers in the mornings (not all) are just not awake enough to really care to pay attention to detail. Haven't had a problem at any other McDonald's in the mornings. Note to management... DO BETTER! I won't be back to this establishment.
