“2026-09-12 - This Lundy's Lane location had the items I ordered today. Their machines worked perfectly. Customer service was great.
*The Lundy's Lane location is in complete contrast to the Thorold Stone Rd location which is awful. Avoid Thorold Stone Rd*
This were very good service wise considering this location serves an EXTREMELY busy area.
Previous review:
They were friendly.
Typical McDonald's goodies for food.
I noticed whomever made our frozen drinks made them very well.
They were NOT watery.
I was very impressed.“

“McDonald's all look like moratoriums now. They used to be well lit places where people would gather. Now they're dreary, empty, & a place where people don't want to be. Have you ever wondered why people sit in Chick-fil-A?“
“I used doordash and ordered from the Pine Avenue location in Niagara Falls NY. Normally all you from people are complaints, today I am writing to say how happy I was with my order! The order came quickly and it was hot and delish right down to the coffee!! Even my doordasher was pleasant!! 5 stars from this satisfied customer ♥️“
“I go to McDonald’s once in a while for my morning coffee and recently I’ve been seeing this one new girl Cota on counter whose the cheeriest person in that place and she makes me wanna come back she has the happiest good morning known to a teenager ever and when I see her in the morning she could look exausted and still give her regular hello good morning in the happiest cheeriest tone ever and I’m so greatful for it also I’ve seen that when she’s making one coffee order she could already be taking the next“
