I stopped by after driving in from Toronto late at night, and by the time I got there it was close to 11:00 p.m. I was exhausted, and unfortunately my burger order wasn’t made correctly. Adam was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to help fix the issue without making it a hassle. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was right, and I genuinely appreciated it after such a long day.

The Ontario St St Catharines McDonald's is a family-friendly restaurant with helpful and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the delicious cones and the excellent service. The staff go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for all, making sure all needs are met promptly. This big location has ample seating, lots of parking, and a playplace for the kids. Fries can be a bit stale and washrooms are locked. The staff were happy, productive, and helping each other out, clearly liking what they do, which shows in the service. Coffee is always great. It is wheelchair accessible and great for kids.
