It's clean and staff are friendly but the crispy chicken was dry and the bun was stale. The prices are the same as going to a sit down restaurant. The food should at least taste good, it was late and I was too hungry, won't go back.
Intentionally uncomfortable, hard seats, music that is just a touch too loud, and an incredibly loud droning him like the HVAC is struggling. The food is acceptable for McDonald's, it's not amazing (trust me, good McDonald's is worth the trip) but it's not so bad that you should avoid it. The Ontario St St Catharines McDonald's is a family-friendly restaurant with helpful and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the delicious cones and the excellent service. The staff go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for all, making sure all needs are met promptly. This big location has ample seating, lots of parking, and a playplace for the kids. Fries can be a bit stale and washrooms are locked. The staff were happy, productive, and helping each other out, clearly liking what they do, which shows in the service. Coffee is always great. It is wheelchair accessible and great for kids.
