Waited 10 mins and no one lifted a finger to take our order. We left and went to Arby's.
I was using the tonch screen i went up there to get my recient and they said it didn't go through so i paid at the conter it turns out i did pay so i paid twice.
My daughter loves using the app to order delicious food!

By the time Door Dash delivered it, the Cokes were melted, watery and warm. The fries were cold and the Big Mac was room temperature. This has led to delivery drivers receiving blame from upset customers, affecting their ratings and income. Despite these problems, there is hope for improvement and a call for better customer service practices. The employees were extremely kind. McDonald's should focus on accuracy in orders, especially for delivery services, to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experiences for all involved. This location is the cleanest, calmest, quietest McDonald's in the entire Buffalo NY area.
