Seriously waited over an hour for my order when it said it would be ready in ten minutes, by the time it did finally get here the food was cold and stale, definitely not just made. Will not be ordering for yall again

This location had the best food. The food from McDonald's was very good, hot and fresh. However, others have encountered issues with their orders, including wrong items, missing items, and stale buns. The problem was with door dash. By the time Door Dash delivered it, the Cokes were melted, watery and warm. The fries were cold and the Big Mac was room temperature. This has led to delivery drivers receiving blame from upset customers, affecting their ratings and income. Despite these problems, there is hope for improvement and a call for better customer service practices. The employees were extremely kind. McDonald's should focus on accuracy in orders, especially for delivery services, to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experiences for all involved. This location is the cleanest, calmest, quietest McDonald's in the entire Buffalo NY area.
