Horrible experience sat in the drive through for 10+ min to then finally pull to the window, no one said anything or even bothered to come to the window, I see the manager and employee just chatting away, I’m on my break they are waisting my time I have to get back to my job and eat! i waited 5 minutes before getting talked to in the drive thru then they told me go inside i sat there did my order and waited 1hour and 30 mins at one point of time we were the only ticket on there board they need to get shut down immediately
Everytime I come to this particular mcdonald the service is abysmal and the food below subpar. Today I waited just to pay for my order 20 min before leaving. I get being understaffed but when youre watching the employee juat stand there waiting for the food to be made when they can walk over and take an order or just payment for an order. The staff here lack any sort of understanding of multitasking and watching them shuffle slower than Romero zombies to grab a bag or an order...read full review
