it took 20 mins to get my food gave me the wrong ORDER after asking me what my order was PLEASE BRING BACK THE OTHER MANAGER FROM LAST YEAR SHE RAN IT VERY SMOOTH because the service is TERRIBLE
Don’t waste your time at this location. Drive thru is complete chaos and employees are rude and unwelcoming. 40 minute total wait with periods of no movement for 5 minutes or more. When I eventually got to the window the employee tried to hand me the wrong order and then sat scrolling on her phone. Got home and half our order is missing. Not the first time having this experience at this particular McDonalds, and won’t be back.
The only minor issue I had was a missing dip for the chicken nuggets. Not a big deal. I was impressed that there were workers outside washing garbage cans.
