As far as Subways go, we've had no issues with this location. We've ordered several times via the Subway app for pick-up. Our subs are ready when they are supposed to be, and they are prepared as ordered. I am pretty specific with toppings, and they have always got it right here, also not skimping on extra veggies when I specify as such. Since the new owner, things have improved. But...whoever the African American girl with the glasses is, she makes horrible subs. Her attitude is bad, heavy handed, always rushing. No ink in printer so I couldn't tell her name from my receipt. It wasn't just today, she's always this way. Everyone else seems upbeat and makes better food. She is consistently nasty and seems to not care about her job.

Probably the cleanest Subway in the area. Employees were extremely polite and the sandwich was not messy at all and put together nicely. I’d definitely rather come here than any other subways in Buffalo
