Really really nice employees! Restaurant was very clean.
This location is consistently one of the best in the area as far as order accuracy and customer service. The dining room is mostly a waiting area for takeout and can get pretty hectic, but orders come out quick so you won’t be there long.
My experience at this McDonald's location was not palatable. Fast food should not take no more than 10 minutes to cook to cook! When you order that is when the order is completed the food should be drop in the fryer when it comes up on the screen and the fries were overcooked. Manger was not managing the team in the back of the house. Tables were not clean and trash on the floor. Staff 🐎 playing and not taking their position. McDonald's has made notable improvements over the past year. The service has gotten better, with friendly and courteous staff, including the manager, who goes out of their way to help. However, some recent experiences have been hit-or-miss, as the majority of the staff seems overwhelmed and occasionally unfriendly, making customers feel like an inconvenience. The drive-thru team is mostly wonderful, but there have been reports of long waits for cold fries, and customers have sometimes been refused service close to closing time. Parking is always easy, with plenty of space available, and the restaurant remains wheelchair accessible, allowing for easy passage. Overall, the changes have resulted in a more reasonable experience with shorter wait times and better food, including always hot fries, although some customers have faced challenges during their visits.
