“My office ordered a bunch of sandwiches for the office. I had the muffuletta and it was VERY good. The olive spread and the sun dried tomatoes were incredible!! The bread was fantastic as well. My co-worker got the Super Hero. This is the only reason I was hesitant to rate this a 5. There was way too much meat and the bread was barely there. Half of the meat was hanging out of the side. If they out half of the meat in, it would be very different. Overall, big portions and great bread. I would recommend this place to anyone in town.“

Most of the restaurants in Western New York should take training from these student chefs and servers who are training to be in the profession of culinary arts. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the entire presentation and culinary experience. “While we are not wild about Beef on Weck, we decided to give it another try due to the reviews of Charlie the Butcher. While still not a fan, their sandwich was the best Beef on Weck we've had in Buffalo. Their other food is pretty good, as well.“
“Had a great time eating delicious food at Brats Hill restaurant. We were promptly greeted by Chris D and taken to a table. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that there was that raw , real, Jamaican vibe. Most importantly, Chef Chris and the kitchen staff killed the Lamb Shank entree. 100% worth it!“
