“The Tonawanda Plaza location is the better location compared to the Bailey/Millersport location, this location is fast prompt clean, food is always terrific

Parking: parking is no problem, but KFC really need to repair the front entrance door, its extremly hard to open due to a defective mechanical door opener, GET IT REPLACED PLEASE! A elderly customer would never get the door open to enter the resturant, its been this way for a very long time, KFC is making a ton of money to easily afford to replace a door opener! REALLY!“

“I most often bought the two or three piece chicken, original recipe, with a side, and removed most of the tasty skin, just because ! It is a quite satisfying meal.Lately I have been getting a chicken pot pie which I find also to be excellent, no skin to peel off and a crust that’s scrumptious.Two meals that KFC sells that keep me coming back, that meet my repeated expectations, that I can high-five.“

“I don’t usually rate restaurants, but I felt as if I should tell this story. While in the car with my daughter a couple of weeks ago a large piece of ice lodged itself in her tire. Having to stop and get it fixed, we wouldn't be able to make it to our bingo game, which closes doors at 8. Meaning I’d be missing out on my most favorite dip dish. I found myself waiting in this quaint joint restaurant. I was in a melancholy mood as you could expect especially because of my growing appetite. This nice young man with long locked hair working the cash register helped me through the menu and offered a listening ear to my problems. I ended up getting a chalupa for both me and my daughter. In a world full of negativity one person's good attitude can really change someone’s day Im posting this to hopefully help spread that positivity I cannot remember the cashier's name to give personal kudos so this is the way I'm showing my gratitude.“
