Waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes even though I was the only one in the drive through. Got tired of waiting and went inside where I waited another 5 minutes. When I got home 3 of the 4 items that were supposed to be in my meal weren’t. Went back and waited another 13 minutes in the parking lot to get my food. I normally drive 5 miles out of the way to another location and now I remember why
They were out of every type of chicken except for wings and drumsticks. They offered no discounts either. I felt completely unseen and ignored. I would recommend going to another KFC.
Barely got any fries and food was cold one big rip off

Despite having no problem parking, the overall experience has left customers dissatisfied and unlikely to return.
