Went through the drive thru. Before even saying hello, person said "25 to 30 minute wait" I wanted to make sure in heard her correctly. So I said excuse me. She said again "25 minute wait on anything you order. We are busy filling other orders". So as I went to pull out, there she was, standing in the with he back to the window on her phone. She looked real busy! ?

It’s easily the most mismanaged FF joint I’ve ever been to. The only reason it’s even still in business is because it’s the only KFC around for low income households to get FC despite the pathetic service and how on any given day they may not have the chicken you want or even just a simple drink besides bottled water.

People coming in after me getting their much larger orders before me. Watched a my order was finally put together from the stock food that was already done. Staff is disorganized, store is a mess.

I went and got the smash with nuggets. It was almost 8 dallors. I said it is suppose to be 3.99 without the nuggets. 2 more for them. I got home, no nuggets. I tried the food to see if nuggets were underneath. NOT. Went back the parking lot smelled like weed . Went inside and it was worse. I asked for my money back. They told me that the have a policy that you don't get your money back. The girl made my food. They must have put a whole jar of salt on it. I come here after work all the time. They need to get new workers on the weekend.

Haven’t had KFC in so long due to me being grossed out when I was younger. Story time, I remember being weirded out when my chicken from KFC (same location) looked like brains. Come to find out KFC sells Chicken Kidneys so that’s why it looked the way it did. Never had it since lol.Fast forward to now. I get it, just to give it a chance, it was alright. Throughout me eating a chicken breast I find a long curly piece of hair within the chicken. There ain’t no way in hell yall didn’t see this long piece of hair in the batter before y’all fried the chicken. Literally after I recorded the video attached to this review. I threw up. The vomit got on my clothes and all over the toilet. It just really repulsive regardless if it’s a 5 start restaurant or a fast food place. To find someone else’s hair in your food. Especially within the food. I don’t get why they don’t enforce hairnets anymore. If they do, the health department is not doing a great job at enforcing that rule. Almost any fast food spot I go to. Y’all don’t got no hair net on. It’s disgusting and unhygienic.
