Very rude and inconsiderate staff. How do you sell chicken and never have chicken. This spot needs someone from corporate to show face or shut it down.

KFC, located in both Tonawanda Plaza and the Bailey/Millersport area, offers a fast and clean dining experience. The Tonawanda location is noted to have better service and food quality. The restaurant is easy to park at, but there is a need for repair on the front entrance door at the Bailey/Millersport location. KFC's nuggets are a highlight, with fresh and delicious options available.
