“Just had an awesome lunch at Big Dan's Smokin' Barbeque! The brisket melted in your mouth and had the perfect blend of smoke and seasoning. The smoked chicken sandwich was great and had its own special sauce. The sides were all so very good too. I highly recommend!“

“Stopped in tonight since we has a sweet deals certificate we have been wanting to use ! First off super friendly staff , I felt like I had known them forever ! We took our food home as we both had a long week and everything was amazing ! Can’t wait to come back and try some other items !“
“Since I became extremely lactose intolerant, eating out is always a disappointment. Not here! I could trust everything on the menu. I took a vegetarian friend and one with no food restrictions and we loved everything we ordered. Super friendly staff, great service and the food was outstanding. Mac and cheese, yes please!“

“Holy Cow, those hush puppies are to die for!!! Absolutely amazing. We came up here for a family Vacation from Cincinnati Ohio. only downside to this vacation is that I will have dreams about this food and not be able to get it in a timely manner! 6.5 hours isn't to long of a drive for hush puppies is it? asking for a friend.....“

“Got a curry fried chicken and a spicy shuanghai. Chicken had a nice crisp breading and was very tender underneath. Potatoes and carrots were also well cooked and tender and went well with the sauce. The shuanghai was really interesting. I would order it again. It was really good and had a great level of heat.
Servers were also kind, and the place is clean.“

“one of my favs in downtown buffalo for years. the food is absolute perfection. the staff is top notch. the manager Adam is absolutely amazing and makes us feel like we are always welcome and appreciated. the ambiance of this amazing place along with an unbelievable whiskey selection has made this a once a week or evey other week place for us. honestly i wish i could eat and drink here every day!!!“

“my once-estranged son told me the essex pub was a good place to get coke so i went to check it out but when i ordered some at the bar the bar tender told me they only have pepsi products which was fine i guess but it just did'nt hit the spot so i got the pbr instead and things got a littel better

“Fried Green Tomatoes, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Potato Salad and Mac & Cheese with some Corn Bread. Food was good but honestly the service was better! I would say the food was mid, mediocre to good. But the service I received was amazing! My waitress was so pleasant and bubbly. She made the experience nice!“
