So I made reservations on October 11th for my wife and I to celebrate our Birthdays. Mine falls on the 12th hers is on the 20th. First impression walking in was great, we were greeted at the door and asked what time our reservations were for told them 6 o’clock, the kind woman asked then what were we celebrating and I responded with our Birthdays. My husband and I celebrated my birthday dinner at Chef Darian’s new steakhouse and we have just found our new favorite restaurant in Buffalo. The service was at a level far above any other restaurant in the area. From the hostess to the waiter to the bus staff, the service was exceptional. We were there this past Thursday and the whole experience was amazing! High end and incredibly welcoming. All the staff were fabulous but our waiter Randy was THE BEST! We celebrated my birthday and enjoyed a “little bit of everything” oysters, grilled octopus, steak tartare, beet salad with goat cheese, truffle fries, Caesar salad. Everything was out of this world! I will definitely be back!
