“Let me tell you how amazing The Riverfield is! We had our twins baptism dinner here in the backroom and had the absolute best experience ever from start to finish! Allison made everything so simple and easy for me to plan with her to celebrate our boys with family and friends. She was extremely accommodating with all our requests, as we had some with food allergies. The room is gorgeous and perfect even better his had an outdoor space with a view! The kids loved being able to run around outside. The food was so good you have to have seconds! The slow roasted beef brisket is a dream that you will crave over and over again on top of their roasted potatoes. Don’t let that statement fool you, all the food was delish so make sure your try it all and get seconds. Hats off to the Chef! The atmosphere was perfect. Before we even left I told my husband we will be having another party here for sure! Thank you Allison and The Riverfield 865 for helping us create a beautiful celebration and memory for our family! “Came here for the birthday special $50 off an entree the week of your birthday! Everything was excellent and tasty! Pictured we have: French Onion Soup, Candied Bacon, Chophouse “Chopped” Salad, can’t remember what this was called, 8 oz. Filet Mignon medium well, Mac and Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes. I would recommend trying this place if you get the chance. Service was great!“

“Visited for the first time with my mom on 1/31/26. Friendly, hard working host sat us within 10 minutes. We ordered a drink at the bar and chatted with the bartender, he was fluent in the menu and preparations. Our server was equally informative, she was very busy, only wished we had a bit more attention but, it was a busy Saturday. We ordered the Meatloaf Tower and the Shrimp and Scallop dinners. Both were very good, served with warm bread, salad and side. Meatloaf was a bit dense but good, Shrimp and Scallops were cooked to perfection in a garlicky butter and the vegetables with that dish were outstanding.“

Even a nice glass of wine or a cold beer would have gone very well with the meal, the ambiance, and the wonderful live music.“

“Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.“

Absolutely the best food in Buffalo and our favorite hands down Italian restaurant with the best meatballs I ever had besides my grandma's, that I haven't had since she passed, so these are now the best I can get. The menu is great with something for everyone and whatever you're in the mood for from flatbread pizza to homemade pasta with the most amazing sauces, delicious salads, fantastic steak and the freshest Italian desserts. if you can save room. We have to get them to go home. It's so hard to decide that we get several things and go family style sharing and going around the menu. bravo Nani in the meatballs! they are a must! great friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. sometimes the acoustic music in the bar. what a gem we love walking distance to the theater district, we try to go before shows and park and enjoy the evening starting with the best meal and drinks before a show downtown. Don't think twice about trying this place! make reservations.“

“We ordered through GrubHub last night. Incredibly good food and the portion sizes are unreal. We did the BOGO deal with Fettuccini Tenderloin. Side salad, garlic bread, etc. We had a problem with the system, so I called for clarification. Whoever the gentleman was the answered last night (3/6/26 around 5:45pm) was awesome to deal with and very friendly. We’ll definitely order from here again and hopefully dine in soon, too. 🍝“

“4 of us had dinner at WD on Saturday night. First time any of us ate there. The food was excellent. One person had the petite lobster and filet one person had the N.Y. strip and onion rings two had the short ribs. There were no complaints about the food. Everything was of perfect quality and generous portions. Our servers Shayde and Sharif were exceptional. Showed up with appetizers and entrees at all the right times.“
