She even attached our homemade tags to our favours for us, and arranged for us a more convenient place and time for our donuts to be picked up! The favours looked absolutely adorable at our wedding and we got so many compliments on them. Also, we ordered extra for ourselves, of course - her caramel skor darlings are AMAZING. “I visited the Tim Hortons in Binbrook yesterday. I never went in after the renovations were completed ( always did drive thru ) so I decided to see what they had done with it. WOW. Hands down the best Tim Hortons I have ever visited. From its pine wood accents to its excellent seating, to a beautiful display of fresh yummy donuts. Menu board is nicely lit up with all the goodies. Spoke with the owner yesterday a lovely girl named Cara and she stated that the kitchen area was doubled in size which as a frequent customer I know is paying dividends. Their service especially drive thru has improved 10 fold. Please disregard previous posts on drive thru posts being not as fast. Cars are constantly moving now. They did the best they could do with what they had to work with. Huge volumes with a small store. I guess thats what made Cara kick into action. Cara from the soft lighting to the choice in pictures, comfortable seating, love the 2 tone white and grey brick tile background, this store should be a blueprint on what a Tim’s should look like. A fabulous fabulous job. And with that I wish you all the success in the world for all the HARD work you invested.P.S. Love that order here and pick up order further down And adding that personal touch of calling orders by name. Such a great flow. And finally to your great crew I thank you for starting peoples day off with a smile. Overall a 10+. Keep it up girl. “This is my go to coffee spot! This cafe is ALWAYS consistent in providing an amazing experience. The peanut cloud coffee is absolutely to die for, and the mocha tastes like a warm hug that everyone needs. Whenever someone asks me where to go for coffee I will always recommend this place.“

“Nice spot for brunch! Each dish is about $18-26. Highly recommend the blueberry French toast - really delicious. The fresh juice selection was also very nice. Persoanlly, I found the brussel sprouts hash dish too salty, so I wouldn’t get that again. Hope to come again soon to try other things!“

“Took my 4 year old here for a P.A. day from school and he loved it. he has been asking to go back ever since. we played some great games, got some DND dice at a sweet price and a few miniatures to paint together at home. He enjoyed the milk and oreos and I the cold brews. Awesome place filled with awesome people, awesome games, awesome goodies, and sweet deals. Overall AWESOME! “The owner is so lovely, and do not even get me started on the Maple Lattes! I bring my son in and we are always greeted with kindness. This is seriously the best cup of coffee i've had yet in town! The prices are more than fair and they even host fun events. If you're in the area I'd more than suggest you popping in!“

A definite go to spot for me now if I’m not in the mood to ride to Caledon to Higher ground for my espresso. “Cute little cafe in the heart of Hamilton where locals spend cozy times trying their homemade sandwiches. I tried the cappuccino and chicken sandwich. They also have almond milk if you are lactose sensitive. The staff was working efficiently during the solar eclipse crowd rush and I must say they were doing it with a smile on their face. The women behind the coffee bar is a beast in serving coffee in record amount of time I. E. Within a minute or two. Great place for local artists to showcase their art as you will find various artwork with artist details hanging on their wall. I would like to visit on a calm day to take all of these in.“

“not great. coffee is always sour, my boyfriend took 2 sips of his americano and didn’t finish it. weird vibes from the staff. lattes taste different every time but they never taste delicious. unfortunately i was asked to leave the premises for unknown reasons despite being a fairly regular customer. would love to return but they always lock the door on me when they see me crossing the street towards the building????Kid-friendliness: no children allowed sign is posted on the front door“

“Great atmosphere with a lot of good food and drink options.Service was quick and friendly. Went for Saturday brunch around 12 and there was still some seating available. Sadly the Benedict waffle was out by that time so had the Canadian, very delicious.Great for dine-in, and take out. Also had lots of very cute merchandise for sale. Will definitely keep this on the list of places to be back to.“

“This coffee and breakfast place is an absolute gem! As soon as I stepped in, I was enveloped by the cozy and rustic warm ambience, setting the perfect tone for a delightful morning. I ordered a cappuccino and a cinnamon doughnut, and both were simply fantastic. Host was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home.“

“I’ve come here a couple of times to study and I’ve found the atmosphere very relaxing. It also helps to see other people working! The food and beverages are good and I especially appreciate the “stay and study”( I think that’s what it’s called!) option which gives you two drip coffees and toast for $7. The staff if generally friendly and helpful. The music is great, the book shelf adds to the ambiance and on sunny days, the entire place is beautifully lit up! The only thing I’d want to caution against is that the seating is limited and usually the place seems fairly packed (which also says a lot about how popular it is!).“

“LOVE LOVE LOVE the mimosa flights. Thought they were so cute and unique flavors. Went for a birthday breakfast with my sister and partner who aren't vegan. My sister got the cauliflower wings and avocado toast. She said the toast was quite chewy and the wings weren't great. My boyfriend got the democracy breakfast and said the toast wasn't great either but the rest was pretty good! I got the just eggs Benny, which was pretty good overall but was really cold. Overall we enjoyed our meal and the portions are large and fairly priced.“

“This is the kind of place that really makes the neighbourhood a neighbourhood. If I need a few things like a pepper, some soap, a beer and a quiche they've got me covered. The amount of times they've saved me having to drive somewhere or make multiple stops is priceless. I also love coming here with my son to hang out a bit on or walks around the neighbourhood. “Yesterday was my first experience and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and always smiling and when I was asked if my espresso was for here it was given to me in a ceramic cup unlike the Burlington location. I was also given a tiny biscotti with it. Great atmosphere, can't believe it took me this long to discover this location“

Would have been better hadtheir been more seating options but we work with what we have and its just beautiful. “I came here last night with my boyfriend. We were walking around downtown hamilton and wanted to try out a new place and we came here because the menu looked incredible and also we were curious about the "rude staff" that other reviews claimed. The staff was soooo friendly and cute! Just be a good person and enjoy the food! They had great service, the atmosphere in the dining area was incredibly comfortable and the staff was helpful and patient. I wanted to try their Volcano ramen and two of their staff kept warning me that it was extremely spicy and when I got it, they did not lie LOOLL. If they claim something on their menu is spicy, they MEAN IT unlike other restaurants which disappoints you with mildly spicy food. Food was delicious, portions were great, and their milk teas had actual tea bags in them and it was good. They weren't busy so our food came quickly and they checked up on us a few times offering water. The restaurant also provides board games for customers and you can stay as long as you want to hang out. We stayed for 2 hours and it was amazing. We will definitely come back! “Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“Decent service, attentive staff, and easily the best hot chocolate from any chain. Starbucks, Tims cannot handle a candle to Second Cup. I really wish there were more locations here in Hamilton! Their smoothies are also good too and they even put protein powder in one of the smoothies making it a good healthy choice. Their pasteries are also pretty good too and they have ones that no other cafe chain has as well, such as naniamo bars for example. Their location is central and right in the middle of the 1st floor, making it a convenient place to grab a drink and a bite before going and browsing and shopping around the rest of the mall.“

“Truly the best coffee I've tasted in Hamilton. Ordered the Bombon and my partner had the cappuccino. The server Luis was attentive, exceptionally kind and warm and the pastries (flakey, berry goodness) were served fresh from the oven. Will be returning!“

“Discovered this place a while back when looking for a local coffee roaster to support. This is the closest to home, so I figured why not try it as I could walk if I wanted to.Very glad I did. Walked in first time and got great advice on their custom bean range. Was happy with my purchase and have ordered for delivery twice since. The latest order arrived same day. Tremendous service!!!“

“Great place to get bubble tea or similar items with a huge selection of choices and combinations. Also has a pretty good selection of unique finger foods. Everything there is pretty reasonable price as well with the only downsides being it's take out only and they only take cash/e-transfer.“

“Lots of students, not a whole lot of sitting area, everything is a bit over priced, but it still has a decent feel to it. Would recommend to anyone in the area who hasn't been, to at least go once. If you make this your usual study place you'll need to figure out when the crowds show up because there's been times where there hasn't been any seating.Parking: It's not great, usually luck of the draw.“

They go above and beyond every time I go in and they are frequently one of the best parts of my day/week. This location is small but mighty, and if you take a moment to be friendly you will be met with warmth and an excellently made coffee.“

“Was in there fairly early today, well for me anyways. First time customer as I am never in the area but here for the Grey Cup festivities and was blown away by the store and service. I was not to sure what to get as I am typioiae to the slop that tim Hortons passes off as food. The girl behind the counter was patient, helpful and understanding. Not sure if her name but purpleish hair i believe. First time there and for sure not the last.“
