He’s always polite, greets me with a smile, and makes my drinks quickly and perfectly every time. His service really stands out!“

“Phin coffee bar is one of a kind! The owners are very kind and helpful as you place your order. They have also wonderful selection of unique, freshly roasted beans, and have helped me to purchase just the right beans for my espresso at home. The shop has seating and is quiet enough to study, work or have a visit with a friend. I have thoroughly enjoyed every coffee I’ve had at Phin’s! They also have a great selection of treats. “Good but expensive. Like airport latte prices. Thats the only place ive paid over $8 for a coffee. Once you tip you might as well have bought lunch. But I'll say this expresso is like rocket fuel. Very similar affect to coffee ive had in the Dominican Republic. If you need to lock in or be up for 2 days this is for you. 😮‍💨“

“I’ve been going to MySweeTooth for almost a year now. They have a variety of drinks and pastries. I have to say not everything on the menu is my taste, but I’ve still always enjoyed my experience there. The owners are so nice! And I always feel like a valued customer when I am there. Some of my favourites are there Mango Slushy with Coconut Cream Jelly or Ice Cream and their Hot Dog milk buns. Just this week I finally had the chance to try their fresh Strawberry and Mango mochi, WOW! I think the thickness of the mochi really complements the cream inside well. Even if you only have the chance to go their once, it’s defiantly worth it.“

“Delicious! We came here on a whim and needed Eggs Benedict and I was blown away with the precise quality and fantastic Eggs Benedict. Crisp and savoury bacon and really good hollandaise sauce. Without any side dishes to clutter the dish or compete with how good the Eggs Benedict was. Deeply impressed with the service and pleasant atmosphere. Not your run of the mill diner Eggs Benedict.

The waffles are also to die for. Crisp and light with the perfect amount of icing sugar.

I'm coming back even if I don't own a dog!

“The pastry’s are delicious and drip coffee was good! I came at opening and was surprised to see the sitting area almost completely full not even 10 minutes after opening. There is seating outside but we fortunately got one of the last remaining tables inside.“

“Lovely little spot on Barton E, close to hospital. Alice was wonderful making sure we were happy with our beverages and meal. We splurged and had the steak and eggs. Soooooo good. The cafe is on the pricey side but the food is excellent. Will go again for sure.“

“Staff at this location are incredibly friendly and polite. They treat you well and always make the drinks perfectly. While the service can occasionally be a little slow, they make sure to politely let you know ahead of time that it will take a moment. That level of courtesy and care really sets them apart from other Tim Hortons locations.“

“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“Food is pricey, but it was worth it to me! I ordered the vegan croissant and accidentally got the vegan burrito, but didn’t get it changed because the burrito looked equally as good ;) It was jam packed and really yummy. The inside space is small, but my girlfriend and I loved eating outside as there are lots of tables to choose from. The staff are very sweet as well. Will definitely be back, especially since the amount of vegan options in the city is dwindling. My only complaint is that i’m not really a fan of when places up-charge for non-dairy milk.“

“I went there and got 100 puffs which you are supposed to only order in advance but the guy working there was super nice and allowed us to order it if we waited for him to make it which wasn't a problem. We got 4 different flavours and they were all really good, especially the cookies and cream ones. Nice location as well“

Kid-friendliness: No seating in here so no drama, I like that. My kid doesn't like going to the other one to many people hanging around the doors it frightens him.“
