Starbucks is a busy place, but the staff works hard to keep customers happy. Amanda's kindness made one customer's day. However, another customer had to wait 5 minutes and the store was out of sugar. Still, a different customer had a great experience with Amanda, who made a delightful surprise drink. The Peppermint Mocha Frappe remains a favorite at this location.
