COMMA CAFÉ Reviews
Lovely little spot on Barton E, close to hospital. Alice was wonderful making sure we were happy with our beverages and meal. We splurged and had the steak and eggs. Soooooo good. The cafe is on the pricey side but the food is excellent. Will go again for sure.
Cute & cozy cafe near General Hospital on Barton! They have eat-in space & a takeout window! Menu is via QR code and there is a button to press for water & your bill!
Good variety of options for brunch food and lots of interesting flavour combinations for drinks.
Pictured are the crispy chicken wrap and the crispy chicken double down sandwich.
Service is friendly & attentive.
An amazing cafe, everything on the menu looked so good. It truly felt like an elevated eating experience. Ended up going with the Steak Sammy and French Toast; both were incredible. The Comma Iced Late and Choco Moca Slush were very good as well. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

COMMA CAFÉ is a small but inviting absolute gem in Hamilton. The food is delicious, excellent, yummy, and well done, with flavors busting. Specific dishes praised include the Mushroom Benny, the BEST Sando, a breakfast sandwich, Hong Kong style French toast, and a side of the potato cake. The salad is fresh with yummy dressing. Drinks are also delicious, with highlights being the ube matcha and the osmanthus latte, described as nice, warm, and comforting. A free lil cup of ice cream sometimes ends the meal perfectly.
The service is amazing, adorable, bubbly, kind, sweet, helpful, accommodating, friendly, attentive, warm, and considerate. The owner is also noted for being warm and considerate. The café is aesthetically pleasing with beautiful plates, mugs, and simple decor. It is a tiny place near the Hamilton General with street parking available. The café gives back to first responders. It is a great spot for brunch, leaving guests looking forward to visiting again and again.
