Came here for a frocho. Staff was fantastic and service was great. The stand out was the small blonde with the tattoos and glasses. She was nothing but sweet and smiles and made sure she got my order down correctly. I was very happy! I will definitely come back again.
What can I say, it's a coffee place that at least gets coffee orders right unlike Tim Hortons lol. Staff were super nice, quick and correct coffee transaction, just how I prefer it.

Decent service, attentive staff, and easily the best hot chocolate from any chain. Starbucks, Tims cannot handle a candle to Second Cup. I really wish there were more locations here in Hamilton! Their smoothies are also good too and they even put protein powder in one of the smoothies making it a good healthy choice.
